QUAN
The studio's own site, and deliberately the smallest thing it has shipped.

The problem
A studio site competes with the client work it links to. Make it the most elaborate thing in the portfolio and it says the best attention goes to itself; make it a portfolio grid and it becomes a second, worse copy of eight sites that are already live and already better.
What’s on it
- Single-screen homepage — tagline, studio description, one contact link
- About, Services, Expertise, Inspirations, Manifesto and Contact as first-level pages
- Client attribution line naming Area Realty, Area Realty Partners, Lonavalley and Lead AI
- Spline 3D scene in the hero
- Versioned footer
The calls
01
Kept the studio's own site smaller than every site it links to.
The homepage is a tagline, a short description and a way to get in touch. A studio that spends its best work on itself has told you where the attention goes, and this one is arranged to tell you the opposite.
02
Named the clients in a footer line instead of building a work grid.
The work is live on its own domains and can be opened directly. Duplicating it into cards would add a maintenance job that goes stale the first time a client redesigns, and every card would be a worse version of the thing it links to.
03
Put the manifesto in the main navigation, beside Services.
What a studio sells is a way of working, and Services describes the output while the manifesto describes the method. Ranking them equally is the position.
“A studio that spends its best work on itself has told you where the attention goes.”
